Winona’s Food Products offers  online ordering options for customer convenience. Payments may be made through cash or various online methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

Based in Manila, Winona’s utilizes Lalamove to deliver products efficiently to customers. While deliveries are not limited by location, corresponding delivery fees will vary depending on the customer’s distance from the store.

Winona’s Food Products will issue refunds only for orders that are:

  1. spoiled, or
  2. incomplete due to missing items. 

Cancellations are not permitted once the order has entered the preparation stage. 

Customers may, however, cancel within one (1) minute of order placement, provided that processing has not yet begun.

Registered accounts allow customers to enjoy exclusive benefits, including reward points for every meal purchased, as well as access to coupons and vouchers. In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines, Winona’s ensures that all personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for legitimate business purposes
